Baking, which I love, in under 5 minutes and the chance to win a Bampton set! I couldn't resist.
I found a couple of interesting recipes on Pinterest and online and personalised it to my taste.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Hot Chocolate*
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons olive oil*
3 tablespoons baking chocolate chips
biscuits (optional)*
1/2 tablespoon Coffee Liqueur (optional)*
* special ingredients
Steps:
1. Add the crumbled biscuits mix with condensed milk to the bottom of the mug.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Add egg, milk and oil and mix well.
4. Add chocolate chips and mix.
5. Place mug in the microwave on high power for 1.5 to 2 minutes. It will rise a bit but don't worry, it won't spill.
6. Allow to cool a bit and tip on a plate.
Enjoy with your favourite syrup and or ice cream! The biscuit crust is a pleasant surprise!!
